Past 5 years I am using only low priced non stick cookware. This year I am planning to invest in good one which I can use for frying n other. In non stick,we can't use for deep fry. Stainless steel make food stick to it. So dnt know which one to buy.

A heavy surgical grade stainless steel set will be ideal. All Clad is hands down the best brand but quite pricey. Cuisinart and Calphalon are more affordable. Supplement your stainless steel cookware with a cast iron pan, enamel coated cast iron dutch oven and the odd non-stick pan for eggs. That should make for a well equipped kitchen.

If you have an IKEA nearby, the Sensuell stainless steel cookware is excellent and at a very fair price. They have skillets, a saucepan and a stockpot. For deep-frying I got a small kadai from the Indian store here. I have one non-stick pan from the Calphalon Unison Sear line. This pan is going strong even after 5 years, and Williams Sonoma has a good selection of these pieces.
I have some enameled cast iron Dutch ovens for all-purpose cooking. Le Creuset is the best brand for these though pricey. You can find good sales on Le Creuset at places like Marshall's, Ross and Le Creuset outlets. There are also several less expensive brands of enameled cast iron available now.
