Ameerpet is not close to hitec city. It will be difficult to reach home after office hours from Hitec city to Ameerpet.

Nearby areas are Madapur, Kondapur. Kukatpally is also an affordable place but in evening Traffic jams will be too much there.

madhapur has huge water problem. Its a good place for unmarried people. Jubilee hills and srinagar colony are also good and they are well connected to higtech city.

    Hi all,
In the places around Hitech city what is the average rent for 1 bedroom flat for a family. How is the water problem over there ? Is there good connectivity ( rail/ road) to hitech city ?

Please share ladies, we are moving from Chennai !

    Hi Iswariya

    places around Hitec city are
    kondapur
    madhapur
    kukatpally
    nizampet
    miyapur

i think the rent would be around 4000-5000 for a 1 bedroom flat in kukatpally, nizampet and miyapur areas
these are all close to hitec city with good transport connectivity

not sure about the water problem sorry
