Hi to all I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to help me. I am coming to Trichy for about a week in September.Where are good places to shop for Sarees and a good variety of Churidar materials? And also are there any good places/tailoring stores at Trichy? I am looking for a place where I will be able to buy Chuditar material and get them stitched to send back to Singapore. Any help or insight offered is very much appreciated Thank You in advance.
Hi @sshri19.. Kavithas is a famous textile shop near by Malai Kottai. I purschased churidar matetials there few years before. Loved that shop as the quality was too good at reasonable prices. There is another place called Femina shopping mall near by Chatiram bus stand. It was good too. I remember a shop called Mangal & mangal. It is similar to saravana stores.
At the footsteps of Malai Kottai and the area near by Singarathoppu has plenty of shops. No personal experience of buying there.
