hi ladies , Getting little bit cautious about health .heard ganuga oil or the un refined one is better than the refined oil .. is it true ..? If so where do I get it in US .. it’s easy to get in India .. I checked Indian grocery stores but no luck .. If not these sunflower refined oil what are the other oils I can use which are healthy ..? Olive oil ..? Seseme oil ..? We do fries almost all the time . Thanks in advance ..
I normally use Avocado oil for everything except for deep frying. Once I used it for deep frying I couldn’t take the smell. So never used it for frying again. I’m planning for using peanut oil for deep frying.
