Where do I find a "mommy's helper"?

Ladies, I would appreciate if anyone can help me find someone who can help me.

I live in Smyrna and am looking for somebody who can help me for three hours in the evenings to help me with laundry, prep dinner, chat about the day, watch the kids..basically be a friend and helper. Hubby and I are working and for the the next three months I need help in organizing the house and getting through the daily stuff. I will pay and open to any suggestions. I do not know where to post this...but would appreciate anyone's help as it this is a dire need for us right now.

I have posted on sulekha, spread word among friends and at the local temples but not had any good response. How do I find someone? Thank you
