Thanks Paru123. I think It would have remained the same if she is alive still but yes interactions would be less. I'm telling because I know that these people had one of the amicable divorce that they both hired only one lawyer to represent both parties.

It is so nice when people behave maturely and get on with life without holding unnecessary grouses against one other. Good, people have differences and decide not to hold onto a relationship which makes them unhappy. This is a good example of people who divorce not being 'bad' persons, just individuals with differences.

Kudos to your hubby and his ex-ILs.
