    Green Moong dosa/chila

Make a smooth paste of sprouted moong, bit of green chilli, 2cloves of garlic, half an inch of ginger.
Add turmeric, salt & ajwain to the paste along with some chopped onion.

    make green dosas.

    My kiddo loves this.

    Hi,
    Hi,

    Bread Upma
Temper: ghee/oil, mustard seeds (rai), cumin seeds (jeera), curry leaves(kadi patta), methi seeds n chillies (optional)
Sauté: diced onion, tomato, bell peppers (any other veggies carrots, peas). add small squares of bread. Sprinkle a little water n mix it well.
    Take off the stove.
Garnish: coriander leaves or grated cheese!

    Potato stuffed buns
Ingredients: bun (regular or slightly toasted on tawa), 1 medium potato (boiled n mashed), chopped tomato, butter, ketchup, green chutney, curry leaves, sugar, lemon juice
For the stuffing: heat oil, add mustard seeds. Add curry leaves followed by the mashed potato. Add salt, little sugar, lemon juice and chopped coriander (optional)
Spread butter on one slice of the bun. Spread the potato mix. Top it with tomato ketchup. Spread green chutney on the other slice of the bun.
Tip: u can skip the ketchup if you don't want it to get too mushy n soft and grate some cheese over the potato mix. I usually boil and mash the potato the night before n store in refrigerator.

Sorry, don't have pics as this wasn't today's tiffin but decided to post these recipes as they are my son's favourites.
