    Hi mrunalini
I am sure lucky2 adds salt to it :)
Somedays when i end up getting late i make "wheat"/godambbu dosa and i add only salt and sesame seeds.I am sure Lucky2's wheat dosa tastes better than mine :)

Today's lunchwas leftover breakfast, since the little prince was being a royal pain at breakfast and refused to eat (not like him, but the toddler was unusually fussy and her tantrum was setting him off). He had scrambled eggs and bacon, and half of a hawaiian turkey burger left over from a cookout with the neighbors a couple days ago.

Eggs: three large eggs, scrambled with about 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Bacon: three strips, fried and crumbled and mixed with eggs
Hawaiian burger: store-bought ground turkey patty, marinated in Lowry's Hawaiian marinade, grilled and topped with a slice of Swiss cheese and a pineapple slice

Another favorite, and today's lunch: herbed panko-crusted fish.

2-3 mild fish filets (we like tilapia, orange roughy, and whitefish), rinsed and patted dry
    2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1/3 cup panko bread crumbs (or any, but panko seems to behave best in my oven)
    Herbs or spices to taste

Heat oven to 375. Grease a baking sheet with oil or cooking spray (line with foil first for easier cleanup!) Mix bread crumbs and herbs in a shallow dish, like a pie plate. Put oil in another shallow dish. Dip each fish filet in oil on both sides, then roll well in crumb mixture till coated. Shake off excess crumbs and place filets on baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes, or until fish is white, firm, and flakes easily.

I serve it with rice or couscous and a vegetable.
