I am filling up a bank a/c opening form and confused. I still use my maiden name and it is there in all documents.

So does Mrs. go with maiden name? The title options are Ms. and Mrs., what to use when I am filling up my maiden name. Below that I am filling up my husband's name, will it look contradictory?

    I am confused, help! :drowning

hi I think you should not add ur husbands name . I added my husbands name with my name when I opened bank a/c. I gave this bank a/c as my address proof for opening demat a/c, but they rejected my application saying that my name in PAN Card and Bank Pass book are different, I told them I opened this a/c after marriage for that I submitted my Marriage certificate as a proof, but they were not convinced.

Actually, Ms is appropriate to use when retaining maiden name after marriage- this is acceptable practice in western countries.
