what is the best time to apply olive oil???

After reading many threads about the usage of olive oil, I have a doubt.My friend told After applying olive oil, direct sun light must not fall on us, if we go in sun after applying olive oil, it will increase the tan. Is it right??help me. I thought after applying oil, I can wash the clothes and that one hour can be saved. I think its a very silly question, please help me.what is the best time to apply olive oil.??

Hi,

I do use olive oil for various things. As far as my knowledge goes its not only olive oil, any oil for that matter, after applying on your body you must not go out in the sun, this applies to vaseline and even nivea cream . All these things make skin more darker. Incase you need to go out , my advise for you is to try to apply the oil before 8.30 am -9.00 am during which time the rays of the sun are not very harmful and wash of after 20-30 mins or use the oil after 4.30 pm in the noon.

hi,

I do apply olive oil in the night time or half an hour before i go to bath. In the morning time, i usually, apply olive oil when I iron my clothes and make my lunch bag ready.

make sure, you keep it for 20 mins.
