What Is The Actual Required Size Of Follicles For Icsi Treatment ?

In ICSI as there are multiple follicles due to aggressive stimulation, the doctor would want to get maximum no of follicles (mature/viable) above 18mm.
Anything above 18mm size is considered matured and viable.

The doctor stimulates to get the maximum no of eggs in one cycle.
If it's less than 4 follicles , it's called a low responder or low ovarian reserve.
They aim at getting as many as possible , is because at every stage , eggs r lost.
Not all eggs get fertilised. And not all fertilised eggs multiple n divide to form healthy embryos.
At the end of day 3/5, the doctor atkeast would need 2-3 grade A , top quality embryos to transfer for increasing the chances of successful implantation.
Not that low quality embryos don't lead to pregnancy , but the chances lower as the quality goes down .

What's ur AMH ?
Don't mind me asking , what's ur age ?

On what day of stimulation are u on ?
Is this ur first cycle of ICSI?
