What else should I do for weight loss apart from dieting and walking?

    Just cutting on your rice consumption would not help you reduce weight.Remember 40% is exercise and 60% is what we eat.Try and eat every two hours,if hungry in between eat a citrus fruit or roasted peanuts,walnuts or almonds.Cut down on your intake of tea and coffee,alcohol,soft drinks and also sweets.
