...and paying more attention on how often I stand up, how to climb down the stairs, and how to sit slowly, defying gravity... and much more.
I already feel a difference in my ability to sit cross-legged on the floor .

Sure dear @kkrish.... I would love to give my food, but there is a catch I prepare only Indian khana, most of the time south Indian and some time north Indian. ..
It's been ages since I visited a library.. .. Am glad that my daughter has picked up the habit of reading the books...

What I have discovered with audiobooks is I cannot follow fiction or stories which are very busy. But for memoirs, travelogues- audiobook are perfect.

Also,if you like re-reading books, I find audiobooks are good.Though technically I am not reading, but I can do it while commuting and at my desk ,and listening to the familiar and much loved lines just calms me down

You run and read sci-fi/fantasy? Are there more of your kind and where can I find them? I had put Expanse on hold after book 4 to read more 'serious' stuff but now I'm tempted. I try to ration my sci-fi reads, else I'd never get around to reading anything else. Anyhow life is too short, time to reread Ursula Le Guin! : )

reading my old time favorite: PG Wodehouse: the heart of a goof.
a light read with generous golf terminology thrown in, but in such a way that u wudnt mind not knowing how to play golf & instead read it all in a flow . superb sense of humor & easy , simple writing with the irony thrown in for a good measure.
