    Finished Cibola Burn - Book 4 of the Expanse series. Quality has been on a steady decline since book 2. The books are reading more and more like TV scripts, a common pitfall of being adapted into a successful show. Still debating whether to pick up Nemesis Games or drop the series.

    Crazy Rich Asians - read this one because I wanted an easy read after months of the Franco-Russian war. Hmm. :neutral:

    Third of the way through Michael Pollan's new book, How To Change Your Mind, about the new science of psychedelic drugs. Perhaps I am susceptible to talk of ego disintegration and cognitive restructuring but, just for science, where could a middle-aged lady who lives on the straight and narrow get her hands on some psilocybin or such? Just asking, for a friend...

    Finished "The haunting of the hill house ". Netflix made me get the book coz the series is too scary for me to watch. The book by Shirley Jackson ( on which the show is based) is a good read .

    Now , on to "Men without women" by Haruki Murakami . It is a set of short stories , an easy read .
