It makes you fit and fine.. This is what they advertise in TV. but instead of buying some herbal tea from shop. Make it at home using the clean home ingredients. This home tea is healthy and good. Like tulsi tea cures your cold...

Herbal teas are infusion of herbs into a concoction. sometimes the water that is used is boiling, hot or warm according to the tendency of that herb.

yes there are lots of benefits from the herbs. i use a lot of herbal tea.

green tea is different yet can be called herbal and herbal teas are different

herbal teas are infusion of herbs..tulsi, thyme, chamomile, ginger and lemon,

nettle - beneficial if you have urinary infection, kidney problems..

chamomile - helps to sooth you..and also helps in indigestion

peppermint - for colds and cough

ginger - digestion and relieves bloat

    lavender - wheezing and insomnia.

rosemary - if you have liver problems

hibisucus - for reducing blood pressure, cholesterol

    rosehip- for immunity

thyme - for digestion and other stomach disorders and helps in immunity

    lemon grass- for digestive problems...

there are many other infusions too

lipton has some of these herbal teas..

apart from this you get fruit teas= apple, peach, pomegranate and other variants..

fruit teas taste great. thyme, lavender, chamomile are strong and you need to get used to..rosehip is sour.

Other than these, you can make your own variants by mix and match of tulasi, ajwain, mint, cinnamon, cloves and pepper..

it is all according to your taste and what suits your body.
