What Are Some Healthy Snacks You Have In Between Meals?

    Noticed that if my lunch is protein packed I dont have snack cravings in the evenings...

    Agree, but I sometimes have "chataka" hunger compared to "hunger" hunger.. nothing helps with that I guess ;)

    My trick not to be in the kitchen between 4-7 if I cross 7p I can relax. But somedays I do indulge in lots of snacks. Sorry for the digression

    Aww ! Nothing can make me feel guilty , specially when it comes to food. Had two bananas today in one go ( the other option was to get overrated Starbucks chai, bananas seemed healthier !)
    One a side note , I am happy @Umanga and me are finally on the same page , about eating banana's at least :beer-toast1:

    Our fridge is always stocked with fresh fruit and veggie sticks. I replenish the supply daily. :)

    I actually have cucumbers and baby carrots with some pepper.Or I make "rice pori" or poda chivda with very less oil.I make dry bhel sans the chutneys
    Egg whites again with pepper and less salt
    Fruit chaat
