    Personally I am SO TIRED of floor length kurti. I always used to get them above the knee, haven't seen anything shorter than halfway down your shins for over 10 years. I keep waiting for it to go away, it doesn't. They are all either too long or too short, should at least go low enough to cover the naughty bits. But I am old and surely NOT the person they are aiming "fashion" at. I should have learned to make them myself, then I could make my perfect length.

    I haven't worn sari since the 80s, surely none of my blouses would come close to fitting anymore, plus too old and fat for that anymore. I only wore them in India anyway. I wear salwar kameez or as close as I can manage to that since I can't get kurti the right length very often anymore and have for decades. Very comfy and very forgiving of my weight fluctuations LOL!
