    My grad school prof used to say, will you cut grass?
    I see all respectable men cutting grass.

    "will you wash utensils.." "will you cut grass"... Parents and teachers could use all these in th past. With kids now-a-days, can't even say, "Do you want to flip burgers all you life?" Kid will flip out his cell phone and bring up stats about the tight job market and fast food workers being offered college loans by fast food chains desperate to hire and retain them.
