WeightLoss Plan - 2 Months Course:)

    Hi Friends,

    I am planning to lose weight in 2 months, and I have a plan to start, I need some volunteers and friends here to join and encourage each one:)

    Morning and Evening - Homemade EnergyDrink (which shows in youtube that 10Kgs in 2 weeks but atleast we can hope for some weight loss)

    Lunch: Anything you wish but need to limit it

    Exercise: we can plan basic beginner one for 15-30 min daily morning or walking

    please add your count here we can plan and get succeed. 15 days once we can check weight.

    I too want to be fit and get into shape but due to busy schedule and a 6 month toddler not able to find time. i am working and routine is like this :

    - 6.15 am wake up
    - make chappatis for which I take 45 mins
    - 7 am to 7.30 am with baby
    - 7.30 have breakfast tea and chappatis
    - 8 am take bath
    - 8.15 ironing my clothes
    - 8.30 be with my baby
    - 8.45 getting ready for office
    - 9 leave for office

    9.30 to 6.30 is working hours and after that again go back home and work and sleep by 10.30 or 11pm.

    I am junkie but now a days having homemade food on priority. Can someone suggest how to cut down on calories/

    how much you weigh?

    i am 63kgs, 5'3" height.

    let us plan for a food change and check ourself after 15 days.

    Detox drink which i have taken from Youtube includes Avacado,celery,aloevera,kiwi,greenapple and lime juice.

    we have to cut down coffee and tea and shift it to Green tea.

    Even I would like to join this new initiative.

    I have gained around 25 kgs after my first delivery.

    Now I am trying to control my diet but still i m not able to lose weight because of hypothyroid.

    I want to lose weight as I am planning for my second child.

    Please advise....

    can u give me the tips . by the way what is that drink r u talking about green smoothe r that lemon, mint, ginger, cucumber water.

    I have lost 1 kg while i tried that diet.

    Detox drink, but its very expensive diet and lost only 1 kg in 1.5 weeks

    Shall we plan a 3 day diet girls.

    Whoever willing to join let me know so that we all can start at a time to see the improvement,

    Just provide your current weight for tracking purpose, so that lets plan from tomorrow for 3 days.

    3day diet ahh detox diet aa hey if we detox diet per day 1 r 2kgs will reduce it seems is it true r false. it is false suppose right

    Yes @vani098 its not true, i took detox diet for almost 1.4 weeks (Mornig and night) but able to lose only one kg during the overall period, for lunch i had rice that too minimal only.

    Detox drink - 1/2Avacado, 1/2kiwi,1/2 cucumber, few celery leaves and then aloevra plus lemon juice. grinding all and then added 1/2 lemon juice and had it in mornig and evening

    3days challenge is fruit diet only, thought of trying this first then a break and then detox diet:):
