What do you eat? How many meals do you eat? What are the fats and protein are you taking?
Are you around your monthy cycle date? Be aware that when you are on periods or nearing your cycle or at the time of ovulation, your body becomes denser and may show increased weight.
Also how are you tracking your calories? Sometimes you may think you are consuming less but it maybe more than what you thought.
Lesser carbs, adequate healtht fats and high protein diet is what is needed for weight loss.
If you are doing all correctly and still not able to break plateau then I suggest try to change your workout and diet pattern.
A plateau on weighing scale is absolutely normal at certain stage during weight loss. Keep working out and earing balanced diet.
Keep a tab on carbs, protein and fat intake.
Increase water intake 4litres a day.
Most imp- dont keep checking weight all the days. Keep it once a week

Eating seven meals a day is not a good thing, You have to divide your calories into three or two meals. Every time when you eat your insulin will raises so weight loss will not happen. When you eat carbs your liver observe glucose so it will leave the fat. Remember most of the fats comes from the sugar. So Eat an equal amount of good fat and protein with low carb food. When you eat less carb your body functions on fat metabolism so your fat will burn. I am saying simply. Or you can do Intermittent fasting, Eating two or three meals is now a day a good theory, whatever you want to eat you have to eat in two or one meal. remaining time you have to do fasting(You can have water, lemon water, black tea, black coffee or green tea during fasting hours).
Don't fall for any fad diets dear. Intermittent fasting thats seems to be viral is not at all healthy. Dont ever fall for the trap.
7-8 meals is too much even if you are counting calories.
Divide your food intake into 3 big meals and 3 small meals.
3 big meals should be breakfast (400cal), lunch (300cal) and dinner ( 200cal).
3 small meals should be snacks which you consume inbetween your 3meals by giving 2hr gap.
Snack 1 - 100cal
Snack 2 - 100cal
Snack 3 - 100cal
So total will make to 1200 calorie diet.
Make sure u dont drink less than 4litres of water per day. Its very important for weight loss.
