Weightloss Journey 13th June 2019

    But not seeing any changes in terms of weight and inch-loss resulted sometimes demotivate. But with God grace this time, i observe patience. At-least happy that not gaining weight this year. Only 6 kg lost in last six month. But now, my friends are complimenting me during navratri that i am doing well.

    Weight Loss Journey started on 7th October 2019
    Age: 32
    Current weight is 63 kg
    Target 57 kg
    work out routine:
    jumping jacks - 100 times
    abs work out for 5 mins
    walking for 40 minutes
    swimming twice a week.

    Diet:
    drink 2 glasses of water before every meal
    reduce carbs and sugary intake

    15th Oct 2019 75.8kg
    Started slow eating and full body strength training in gym.
    No hunger, no low BP issues, Constipation issues are now mild, full of energy, happy and improvising my life daily.
    Remove my fear of Obesity and learn good driving....
    Very Happy for myself

    Weight 75Kg
    Done Karwachauth fast on 17th Oct and had fruits in afternoon and two mooli ghee paratha with aloo subzi and dal and dahi... full of energy , no bloating, no gastric trouble.
    Happy with myself of getting hold on slow eating, portion control and no binge eating. I have no carvings for most of the things which are favorite to me but enjoy my home cooked normal roti subzi dal rice. Now no hunger feeling and no guilt feeling if had any junk or not exercise because i am not behind perfection but keeping me right most of the times. I think, I am on right path

    Periods on 17th Oct 2019
    No bloating, no period pains but still scanty bleeding. No outside food, only home cooked food.
    Today, also fast Hoye aathe... same as karwachauth fast and i keep the food intake similar see what will be result next day? If some positive and then i will introduce weekly fast with same diet but with losts of water

    Almost 7 months plus, i am trying to bring change in my lifestyle and my weight loss is only 7 kg. Inchloss are their but not like flaunting one. People around me are noticing but the result what i expected was not there. I have tried and left so many diets, dieticians in these seven months but none of these keep me with them. I am not cheating but i left them because i have my gut feeling that not life sustainable. I leave that with next moment. I lost money, time, may have some very bad experience but at the end i learnt one thing. No one else have same interest or motivation for getting myself loose weight. Its me only. If , I can bring small changes and adopt as lifestyle though the result are very slow but are sustainable. My Mantra: I am fitter than my past and would be fitter than my today.

    Update on 11th November:
    Weight - 60.4 kg (lost 2.6 kg in 1month)
    not walking everyday, but jumping jacks yes daily for 60 times.
    all types of sweets are avoided.
    but sugar is Added to my daily cup of tea.
    Portion size of meals is much less.
    Doing intermittent fasting as well.
    Carbs intake much less than before
