Weightloss From January 1st 2020

    Today's food :
    Morning - 1 black coffee and 3 dosa with pulikulambhu.
    Mid-Morning - 3 Badam and 1 banana
    Afternoon - Rice with curd and ivygourd fry
    Evening - 1 black coffee with sugar
    Dinner - 2 plain dosa with sambar

    My current weight is 72kg... I want to lose 10kg...I too would like to join this journey...kindly give some diet plans...

    Past 1 week, I focused on eating more proteins (usually hard boiled eggs without egg yolk in the morning along with tea and 1 or 2 Marie biscuits) , mid morning (nothing), lunch (2 chapatis and a curry), evening (tea and 2 biscuits), dinner (2 chapatis or a bowl rice and a curry). Done. 3 days a week 45 mins workout. rest 4 days absolutely no exercise.
    My weight did not reduce. Still the same. What went wrong?
    I thought I am consuming less calories.

    Try using Healthifyme app.It will help you keep track of your calories and is quite helpful.You need to workout 5 to 6 a week, 3 days a week is not enough to improve fitness and/or lose weight.Keep dinner light by having some protein and salad.

    is the Healthifyme app good? Does it alert is if we reach maximum calorie limit per meal or per day??

    I love the app, you can set reminders according to your choice. Try it and you will understand what I mean.

    Today I am bit out of diet
    Mrg: Night soaked 2 tbsp oats,1 tbsp chia seed, blue berries in coconut milk
    Lunch: 1/2 cup upma and 2 egg omelette
    Eve: black coffee and 1 medu vada
    Night: paleo pancake mix tomato dosa with coconut chutney.

    no exercise
    Lots of water

    Breakfast - 1 wheat bread, 1 boiled egg, 8 oz oatmeal & few pieces of potato tots
    Lunch - 1 small piece baked salmon, cucumber & small size Greek yogurt
    Eve - 1 orange
    Dinner - 3 small ragi dosa, 3 paniyaram :smash2:with coriander chutney & Grapes

    Ex:
    Waking - 60 mins
    Floor Ex - 15 mins
    Total Steps: 16,848
    Distance: 8.1 miles
