weightloss friends group 2015

    Mahe, deepthi, rainbow gd challenges, self motivating challenges always works. great going.

    23rd jan
    BF : 3 idlis + idli milaga podi
    lunch : brinji rice + kootu + avial + vendakai raita + brinjal fry + 3 types of sweets(function in my uncles house)
    dinner : 2 dosai + tomato chutney + brinjal

    no workouts, water in take also less .

    24th jan

    BF : 1 cup womens horlicks
    lunch : rice + country chicken gravy
    evng : 2 murukkus + 2 good day choco nut biscuits
    dinner : going to eat chappathi with boiled egg.

    Meal 1- ½ litre water, methi seeds, almonds
    Meal 2 – quinoa dosa , groundnut chutney, banana shake
    Meal 3 – apple, green tea
    Meal 4 –egg masala , brown rice , carrot –avocado salad
    Meal 5 – carrots,almonds, green tea
    Meal 6 – Pizza made of Quinoa
    Water – 3litre

    Workout
    30 min walk
    15 min video workout
    5 min anulom bvilom

    Fasting day so only porridge and no exercise

    24/01

    EM - water
    BF - 2 roti + beans aloo subji
    L - 1 roti + little rice + Kadhi + halwa +sweet rice + coconut pieces ( temple prasad )
    AN - 1 apple + 3 weight watches biscuit
    Evening - 1 slice of mango + little blueberry smoothie
    N - cabbage peas pulav

    Water - 2 lit
    Exercise - 3 miles (jogging + outside walk )

    gals.. good to c ur cown set challebges for week 4....

    thanks for all the concern gals... am ok but if i do work i am getting pain.. but with kids and household chores gets difficult to rest...

    congrats to friends who have lost or maintained weight... those of u have gained like me.. no regrets couple of days left in jan.. will try our best to lose it...

    am not taking up any challenge this week... eating healthy from today with mild walking and drinking 3 ltrs of water...

    For Week 4 for January, I am planning to have early dinner by 7:30 and breakfast before 9 AM. I m delaying both of these now a days.

    Also, this week i m planning to do situps everyday regularly. I m forgetting them these days.

    night - 1 clementine + oats porridge with milk

    take care melon. with household work & kids it's really hard to take rest. nice thing u r walking & having good diet, this itself will help u in weightloss.

    Reh, gd comeback, started again gd diet & workouts after ur illness. keep going. what is 5 min anulom bvilom?

    Mathi, gd challenge, i too always wanted to have early dinner but i can never do that, i have feed my DD, give dinner for hubby then only i can have. i also join u in this .

    25th jan

    BF : 1 dosai + potato theyal
    lunch : rice + tomato rasam + 1 fish fry
    evng : had plenty vadais
    dinner : 1 dosai + theyal + women horlicks

    water 2 lts
    no workouts. played with my DD for 30 mins ( runnung & catching, foot ball).

    @ Sujathagokul : I used to wrap up my work and clean up the kitchen by 8:15 - 8:30 pm early. These days, DH is coming late from work and we have play group at our home or my LO goes and plays with my neighbor kids. So theres a huge mess of things at home.
