    19/1 update

    early morning warm water

    warm water + lime

    bf - 2 toast + omlette made of 1 egg + 1 egg white

    mm - green tea

    lunch - 2 phulkas + bhendi sabzi + green tea

    snack - 1/2 apple + 1 pc guava

    dinner - brown bread low fat cheese + lettuce sandwich

    before bed - green tea + 1 date + 5 almonds + 5 pistas + 2 walnuts

    workout

    walking - 45 mins

    cycling - 15 mins

    10 mins ab workout

    water - 3.5 ltrs

    Hi friends,
    Iam diagnosed recently with Vitamin D & Anemia deficiency.Docter suggested me to take vitamin d and iron capsules.Iam worried about my health now,that this may lead to health problems in the future.My husband is strictly against the weight loss now, but my goal is to reach 50 kgs by the end of March.Planning to do so by eating more healthy and nutritious which includes all sources of vitamins and all.Last week,after knowing about this , my everyday meal plan was without guilt free.I must have added more weight.From tommarow ,Iam joining you all.
    Can anyone plz let me know this week challenges.

    Sorry melon and all was bit busy and couldn't update.... weekend was not good diet wise but have manged workouts.

    Em - water
    BF - 3 slices of bread with little butter and low fat cheddar cheese + later coffee
    MM - 1 mango slice + 1 cup green tea
    L - 2 roti + daal palak + 1 slice of mango + later 1 cup of green tea
    AN - 1 fist of mung daal mixture + few pumpkin seed + 1 cup coffee
    N - 1 roti + kohlrabi sabji

    E - 5 miles ( LS + abs )
    Water - 2 lit

    Prash... Takecare of ur health... Have vit d and iron rich foods... Google the list of foods and include on your diet...

    This week challenge is

    2-3 ltrs water 1 point
    30 mins any form of cardio 1 point
    10 mins ab workout 1 point...

    Tomorrow i will post week 4 challenge .... It will start from 22/1

    whole family is sick one after other . started with kids and now its me. severe cold and on medication for wheezing as my cold is so severe. first winter in new place is playing the trick. so no exercise and no diet . will see you all after 2-3 days

    Food:
    Bfast - 2 slices of brown bread with jam and 1 cup of bournvita
    Mid morning - 1 biscuit
    Lunch - 1.5 cups of sambar with curry
    Evening snacks - 2 biscuits
    Dinner - 1/5 cup of arisi upma with pickle and later had 1 cup green tea

    Exercise:
    LS walk 4 miles
