    hi all

    I m sonika....... I also want to loose weight . my current weight is 95 kgs .....so ashem . before 11 months I was 80 Kgs .. within 11 months i gain 15 kgs

    good idea alyssum... nothing much from my side... i managed to lose my 2nd preg weight fast but 8 kgs which i gained in 1st preg is stubborn..i think if i manage to lose that i will again start losing fast... my dream is to go from 3 digit to 2 digit in my scale..

    hi sonika.. welcome to the group... first of all dont be ashame of yourself... may b u r overweight... being overweight is not a failure... u have gained a lot of weight in past few months... what made you gain weight?? get your thyroid level checked.. till school and college i was ok... but after college i gained a lot of weight like you...during my 1st pregnancy only i came to know i have hypothyroid.. it has been playing a big role..so kindly get it checked and start maintaining a clean diet with regular workouts and drink atleast 3 ltrs of water... u will surely lose weight... dont worry!!

    Melon.. Yes dear.. giving all my time to him.. :)

    Ana.. he is 2.5 months old.. I'm at mom's place so having carbs all the time.. I know I've to include fibre n protein than carbs but don't have time to prepare anything separately.. I'm just having normal food.. how old is your LO?? where do u live??

    Rainbow.. Thanks for the concern dear.. Though I'm not hard on myself, I feel like losing weight during nursing is easy.. So started with workouts.. but unable to continue.. Let's see..

    Melon, congrats :thumbsup. Nice challenge but during festival holidays couldn't do it.

    Aashi, sonika Welcome aboard to this thread .

    SABARI, u r a feeding mom, u need energy & strength to take care of ur LO. Don't go in for carb free diet, jus cardio will bring down ur pregnancy weight. Don't strain ur self, playing with ur baby itself will burn some calories, it's my experience.

    19 th jan

    Bf. : 2 dosai + dhal
    mm. : green tea
    lunch. : rice + dhal+ mutton sukka
    evng. : 1 choco nut biscuit
    dinner v : 3 idlis + mutton kulambu + women horlicks

    Water. 2 ltts
    workouts
    cardio. 50 mins
    core exercise 20 mins

    I have not gained any weight even after no diets festive food, I wanted to become 55 kgs in the end of jan, now I am 55.2 kgs, 0.2 kgs /200 gms more, but this week & next week I have functions on the way don't know what to do. Evalavo panitom Itha panamatoma(so much v did can't v do this).

    Alyssum really gd idea of giving success stories, surely I will give mine not a big story but I reached my goal weight.2morrow I will give my story.
