Pls dont have more than 1 egg in a day - that's what i heard.

Though i dint score 3 on any day (so far), i'm happy i maintained portion control and less sweets.

Pls dont be too hard on yourself, while nursing. Get some rest when your LO sleeps.
Do check with your Doc.. regarding the excercises you can do at this stage.
Its natural to feel hungry while nursing.. since it burns a lot of calories.. Easiest way to lose wt

I was on one week family vacation entire last week.....No dieting and no exercise due to festival, my DD's birthday and tour (outside food).
But due to travel, roaming here & there and followed little portion control...I have some how handled previous week...There is no decrease in my weight nor increase ...
Will be with you all from tomorrow...starting at weight 63 kgs from tomorrow...I reached 61 during dec last, but to irregular exercise routine and no proper diet I gained 2 kgs more and now standing at 63...
I wanted to keep a challenge for my self for another 4 weeks from now..By Feb 15th , I wanted to lose 3 kgs and should be standing at 60. Fingers crossed ;-).

About me .. I am a mom of 3 yrs old son. My weight is 63 kg now & i want to be back to my pre preg weight of 54kgs. I used to be very health cautious & very regular with my exercise. but after my son was born everything has changes priorities/interests/challenges/ ohh in short i feel i have changed so much.. :-(
I used to be a positive person.. i am still but sometimes i feel down for no reason., i have a loving husband & a sweet son.. I am project manager by profession & work from home. Workload used to be stressful sometime back but i have managed to get it back in control . so good on that.. I want to get back to my fitness cautious attitude & looking & feeling at my best. ... i need help from all of you to motivate me to stay focused and committed..
My goals are:
Feb 05 ( 15 days)- 61 kg ( prior vacation wanna loose atleast 2 kgs)
April 01 (2. 5 mth)- 58 kg
Aug 12( 6 mths)- 54 kg ( wanna keep my birthday as my target date)
My workout plan
3 days weights
2 days power yoga
1 day - arerobics
My diet plan
No sweets at all until i reach 58kg
3 ltr water daily
2 cup green tea daily
no carbs after 6 pm
Bf: wheat/ragi flakes + milk+ fruit/dry fruits
post workout : soyavita + egg/fruit lassi
lunch: roti/rice, dal, subji, curd/chas
evening snack: fruit/rosted chana/peanuts
weekly: ragi/jowar/bajra roti for lunch
pls suggest your your plans, any advice for me..
