Weight Loss!!!??

    Weight loss may be a temporary gratification, but its a slippery slope into feeling that you need to lose just 5 pounds:).. one more inch of your waist...or to fit in the next size down on your jeans!!
    Weight loss rather should be more than fulfilling those 5 pounds!!

    Hello, Ms cooking champ :grinning:! I am quite confused here with your question :thinking::thinking: Are you saying that we should be enjoying the process (weight loss process) instead of focusing on the end (5 lbs) itself?

    @Naari I meant to say.. Weight loss is not for the extra 5 pounds but... Weight loss is for eating right, ,weight loss is for enjoying your exercises/workouts/run to get fitter and strengthen your body .. It is all about that and not loosing extra 5 pounds thing:)

    I agree... weight loss should be about being healthy, not about being thin. It is enjoyable when we like to eat healthy, increase our stamina and energy, be disciplined, enjoy the "me time" during running/yoga whatever...just weight loss to lose some pounds/look thin can be a torture in itself unless we enjoy the process...
