Weight Loss Group (low Fodmap Or Keto Diet) - 2020

    Today diet
    Mrg: black coffee with low calorie sugar,2 boiled egg
    Lunch: 1/2 cup Spanish cauliflower rice, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1/4 jicama fries
    Eve: black coffee n almonds
    Night: half cup Spanish rice, low carb tortilla wrap with sour cream and onion spread with avocado and lettuce(yummy)

    lots of water. No exercise

    total carb less than 25

    Breakfast - 1 wheat bread, 1 boiled egg & small bowl oatmeal
    Lunch - small bowl of hand pound rice with a veggie (valor) & small size Greek yogurt
    Eve - 1 orange
    Dinner - 4 idly with coriander chutney & Grapes

    Ex:
    Waking - 60 mins
    Floor Ex - 15 mins
    Total Steps: 16,319
    Distance: 7.9 miles

    Lunch - Cucumber Salad, Fish fry and vegetable poriyal
    Eve - 1 cup tea without sugar, 20gms of peanut
    Dinner - 2 eggs fried with cheese, Paneer and Ball pepper fried in butter
    Water - 3.5lts

    Ex:
    Walking - 30 mins
    Total Steps: 10K

    I would like to join this thread as i am also getting into low carb diet from today, need some motivation to loose extra kgs which i gained with holiday season!!

    Just start posting your diet and check other diet too. It helps you and motivate you. (Hope I am motivated myself n sticck to dieting for long) .
