    The only solution is for you to finish dinner by 6-7 pm and go to bed with your son by 9 pm. Switch off the lights and start a story in the dark session. He will fall asleep and so will you!

    So how was my first day of having early dinner ?

    It went pretty well. I ate breakfast at 9:00 am today. It felt good. Let's see how this technique unfolds in the coming week.

    Yoga 1 hour.
    Using only stairs.
    Only 1 cup tea.
    Staying active more.

    Fairly an inactive and lazy day.
    2 cup tea
    Ate healthy throughout.
    Dinner by 6:00 Pm.
    Feeling good so far.

    Stair case exercise 20 mins
    3 km walk
    Dinner by 6:00pm
    Only used stairs
    1 cup coffee. No sugar.

    Hi All,

    Along with an early dinner, I have incorporated a new habit that is " Walking to work". I am really enjoying this practice and I hope to sustain it for a longer time.
    The key to looking younger and losing weight faster is staying active as much as possible.
