    friends i started my diet from 20 days....with oats and kollu iam abserving some changes.....if anyone interested i will share myexperience....andalso iam not using any medicine abt weight loss

    here is my diet plan just simple ....but have to patience for weight loss bcoz without medicine and side effects......


    morning...?????green tea,or warm water with honey with lemon as ur wish both will work.....
    breakfast....????oats and horsegram(kollu) dosa because as a southindian i cant resist my tongue but iam making dosa without rice as we used in regular dosa...

    mrng snackk....stick to butter milk or water until lunch because iam using kollu or horse gram in dosa o nnedto drink wterand buuter milk

    lunch ????mixed vegetable oats porridge

    evng snack ...?????badam 2..and butter milk or fruit bowl

    night.....oats with butter milk
