    Early mrg n nite- warm water with cinnamon n honey
    mrg - oats
    afternoon- phulka with raita
    eve- 1 piece fruit cake
    nite(8 pm) - 1 1/2 parota with salna

    exercise:
    LS 4 mile fast walk
    no floor exercise

    Welcome SPPRRDA! start with a 15 minute walk...and then keep increasing 5 minutes every week...walking is the easiest exercise you can do...so start with that.. :)

    I was losing 1.5 lbs per week when I was nursing my baby but after stopping pumping though I workout for 90 mins daily, I'm not losing wt but just maintaining. Is this normal bf ing ladies?

    I still have 8 more lbs to lose...

    Dear All,
    how are you doing? i have now been regular to the gym tuesday was a good day for me, did cardio for 45 mins. 15mins epillectal trainer - i did the strength training program in it, then i did stepper it was tough but i did for 15mins then i did spin bike it was fun. i burnt over 300 calories and i was feeling great.
    Yesterday was my training with my trainer it was good we are now doing core exercises which are tough and i am enjoying it.
    I think now i am getting motivated.
