29th Oct - did 4 fast LS miles!
oct 25: Weight- 132.6lbs-60.1kg
2 mile treadmill walk,20 mins yoga, 20 mins meditation and breathing,20 mins walk
Junk- adirasam,bajji,rice crispies
3 mile outdoor walk,20mins floor workout
Junk-2 kaju kathli
oct 27:mon- 45 mins kick boxing class
oct 28:tue-1 hr strength training workouts, 1 mile walk
1 mini cup cake
oct 29:wed-weight- 132.6lbs- back to same spot!
45 mins kick boxing, 1 mile walk
dinner- extra food. No Junk.
Today, very tired by evening.
I could n't hold my body weight with my flat feet. So painful feet and legs almost all the time. was resting after reaching home. Ate 2 idlis, curd rice for dinner.
finished with a cup of tea.
felt like going to bed soon, still somehow pushed myself to go to the group class...
Like 'Uppukku Sappani' ( Just for the sake of attending the class) did the exercise and again resting today. skipped cooking for tomorrow purposefully. could n't stand at all...
But my whole day was perfect. This is almost same for all my recent days. I completely neglected the fact, that I will lose my added weight only if I make changes to my dinner eating habits.
Atleast I gradually stopped eating Diwali junks.
I think it's high time to cut down on your junk.. what say Sridevi?

I am swaying off track again, so i am planning to add 5 daily goals this month to help bring back focus.

this week went well. I had few junks and i avoided few.
I stopped taking coffee and tea. I started to have cinamon water with honey mrn and nite. I did leslie 4 mile fast walk for 3 days and 30 min cardio workout in xbox for 2 days. I joined back to this thread on 15 of this month. My weight is same ,62.6 kg. I think i have to work hard to reduce a bit. will try.
