    1 hr yoga with friends, blended myself melted down on music...
    I felt the tears in my eyes, rather than sweat!

    Music... the extreme healer...

    sridevi hugs, i have been there, and still there. i went through a phase where my dupatta used to burn my arms..my hair feels like needles..mood swings and what not..

    but when i read all your symptoms, a instinct says maybe see if weaning of wheat and sticking to rice and rice like food help you. sometimes if you develop intolerence you get all these symptoms..gluten sensitivity or something..if the doctors have tested you for hormones and have concluded it is pre-menopausal..add more phyto-estrogens., and calcium..flax seeds, urad dal, and much more...

    hugs and music is the best stress buster..listen to instrumentals they are good for you. certain ragas are beneficial in different ways..

    Sri, I am sorry to read about your PMS issues, they sound very annoying. I hope you can get rid of them soon, please keep doing meditation n walking...they will help you..also relax your feet, dip them in warm water...that might help...

    Breakfast - 1 cup boost, 1 wheat bread, 2 glass fruit smoothie
    Mid morning - soaked almonds
    Lunch - Chapathi, Brown rice, Vegetable, 1 boiled egg, yogurt
    Eve - grapes
    Dinner - dosa, 1 banana
    Prenatal, Vit D3 & Biotin

    Workout:
    Treadmill - 3 miles - 340 calories - 60 mins
    Elliptical - 20 mins - 70 calories
    Total: 410 calories
    Climbing stairs
    Arm workouts
    Squats


    Oct 21 updates:

    Breakfast - 1 cup boost, 1 wheat bread, 2 glass fruit smoothie
    Mid morning - soaked almonds
    Lunch - Chapathi, Brown rice, Vegetable, 1 boiled egg, yogurt
    Eve - home made murukku
    Dinner - 2 dosa
    no milk
    Prenatal, Vit D3 & Biotin

    Workout:
    Gym closed
    Climbing stairs
