    • Arm workouts
    • Basic Squats - 25

    no junk and no workout due to fever

    Aug 16
    Snack : 1 large cup of vanilla and strawberry ice cream shared with DH :shhh:
    Dinner: 1 veggie delight (shared with dh), noodles whaatsmiley

    Workout
    1 hour walking while picking fruits n veg in farm (loved our visit)
    climbing stairs (at home)

    I've picked raspberries, apples, nectarine for my fruit smoothie and sweet corn, beans too ! This is the first time I'm seeing an apple tree in my life .. He he he .. An apple a day; keeps all the blues away :)

    Aug 12-saved 100 calories-1 hr floor workout
    Aug 13-exceeded 150 calories- 1hr outdoor walk, 35 mins of kick boxing and ab workouts
    Aug 14-saved 80 calories- 45 mins kickboxing workout and [COLOR=#009900 !important]ab exercises[/COLOR]

    Aug 16-exceeded 400 calories-1 hr yoga,1.5 mile walk
    Aug 17-saved 250 calories-90 mins of walking.

    walked only 3 days last week...

    don't think will do much this week either...will join back when I'm regular with my workouts...plus I will be on vacation from end of Aug to almost mid sept...

    Breakfast - 2 slices plain wheat bread (store bought), 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp brown sugar),home made fruit smoothie (included banana, apple, raspberry, blueberries & water)
    Lunch - roti, brown rice, curry, home made yogurt, vegetable and 1 boiled egg white
    Eve - 1 sweet corn
    Dinner - home made chapati with curry

    1 multivitamin

    • Climbing stairs (at home)
    • Treadmill - Distance: 2.35 Calories:264 Time:45
    • Elliptical - Distance: 0.90 miles Calories:90 Time: 25 mins
    • Arm workouts
    • Basic Squats - 10

    Eve - 1 cucumber & tea
    Dinner - idly with curry

    • Treadmill - Distance: 3.2 Calories:320 Time:60
    • Arm ex
    • Basic Squats - 10
    • Plus, I burn calories while pumping milk for my baby (spend nearly 3-4 hrs per day)

    Overall, a great day with respect to food diet and workouts.

    Aug 19 - 60 mins treadmill, arm ex & squats
    Aug 20 - 60 mins brisk walk, arm ex & squats
    Aug 21 - 45 mins treadmill & 25 mins Elliptical
    Aug 22 - 30 mins treadmill & 20 mins Elliptical
    Aug 23 - 45 mins treadmill
    Aug 24 (Sunday) - 30 mins brisk walk
    I exercised 7 out of 7 last week... Yah, WORLD RECORD [​IMG]
