30th July: 2.85 miles morning walk..loved the fresh cold air...
somehow not able to include floor workouts..intend to but not getting time..hopefully soon!
My thighs are super sore after doing squats on Monday. I think squats n lunges are NOT for me shakehead. Firstly, its difficult for me to do, secondly I get sore for the whole week spoiling my regular cardio workouts. But, I'm happy about losing some weight this week :clap.
Breakfast - 1 honey wheat bread, 1 cup bournvita (without sugar) & 2 big glass of smoothie(1 banana, 1 apple, few blueberries, few strawberries, added few pomegranate seeds today. No sugar or milk added)
Lunch - roti, brown rice, cauliflower curry, peas, 1 boiled egg & yogurt
Snack - 1 cucumber
Dinner - 3 small dosa prepared with little oil & 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp sugar)
Climbing stairs at home
Floor ex - nil (as my thighs were super sore after squats)
Normal walk (mild walking) - 40 mins
June 30 - 155.8 lbs
July 30 - 152.2 lbsarty(I pat myself)
My weight is fluctuating between 152 lbs and 151.8 lbs (lowest).
Aug month challenges:
- Gym (4 days), normal walk (2 days) and 1 day rest
- Burn min 300 calories on treadmill and 100 calories on Elliptical
- Floor exercise (arm workouts)
- No squats as i'm sore for a week

Dinner - 5 small idlies (my son eats 4) & 1 cup bournvita (1/4 tsp sugar)
Climbing stairs at home
Floor ex - Arm circles, Lateral lifts, military press, bicep curls, triceps overhead extension with 3 lb weights
Normal walk (stroller walking) - 30 mins
Treadmill - 30 mins (in inclined mode)
June 1 - 155.8 lbs
June 31 - 151.2 lbs arty

31st July: 35 minutes floor workouts [abs, arms, legs]
no workout today...
can only walk for next 10 days..no vigorous workouts allowed...
Food - as usual
junk - nil
workout - 30 mins cardio
Take Care Manali...Walking is also a good exercise. Just stick with it for a while...
July 1- 125.4 pounds
July 31st-130 pounds.
Aug 1- 130 pounds
Aug 30th goal- 125 pounds
I know I went off track food wise last month. Sticking to 6 days of workout in week...
I assure to work on my diet to reach my Aug Goal.
Aug 1- 90 mins walking,breathing routines done- Over ate with junk
Aug 2- planning for 1 hr yoga,breathing and meditation. Let me update later.
