    Want to update my food intake every day here.
    Today's update :
    Morning: warm water with lemon and honey along with jeera and ginger
    Breakfast: vada(4)
    Mm snacks: skipped today
    Lunch: 2 roti with veg curry
    Evng snacks: 4 rusk
    Dinner: 2 roti with veg curry

    Lunch: 2 roti with veg curry and a glass of buttermilk

    Morning: Ginger drink with tulsi and saunf.
    Breakfast: onion and tomato sandwich with cheese spread
    Snack: 1 pc of homemade cake and coffee
    Lunch: not hungry so missed
    Dinner@7: veg pulav with lots of veggies.

    Hi everyone
    There's a discomfort in my throat, not severe pain but some thing uneasy for me. Is it due to ginger juice...
    Donno why I have a doubt on ginger juice.
    On 30th January I ate an ice cream. May be one of these two things is the culprit

    Hi...I would also like to join you all. I am planning to start exercising on a regular basis from tomorrow and also follow a nutritious meal plan. But the trouble with me is that I need to sit down and plan my meals (ideally) but am unable to do so amidst household work etc....
    Do you all plan your meals ahead of time? Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!

    I will post my weight logs every monday . My weight loss goal in 2017 is 30 pounds/ 13.6 kgs

    Jan 1st - 149.4 pounds/ 67. 9 kgs
    Feb 1st - 148.8 /67.6

    Weight loss in January Month - 0.6 pounds/ 0.3 kgs

    Feb -6th - 148.3 pounds / 67.4 kgs

    Weight loss in February -0.5 pounds /0.2 kgs

    Total Weight loss from January,2017 - 1.1 Pounds / 0.5 kgs
