    Good day to all of u..

    Happy to say that I'm seeing a wonderful loss in my weight ...last 3 -4 days I have lost almost 300 gms..I think the credit goes to Ginger Juice...Once again Thanks to Maggie...
    Friends,,,I sincerely advice all of u to add ginger juice to ur honey and lime drink...Bowel movement will become perfect...My tummy feels best now...:banana:

    Today weighed myself.
    15th dec2016 : 70.5
    30th Dec 2016 : 71
    9th jan 2017 : 70.7
    17th jan 2017 : 71.3

    Yes I had a feast for few days, That justifies my weight gone up!

    Hi everyone,

    Had gone off track since last few days. Have decided to update my diet daily here to keep on track. Will update my weight next Monday.

    16th Jan 2017 : Monday

    B/fast - orange, Vermicilli Upma
    Lunch - mooli leaves cooked, 1roti, 1/2 katori dal, 1/4 cup rice
    Eve - 1 rusk, 1 tea, 4 dates
    Dinner - 2eggs, 1carrot, 4 strawberries, handful chips
    Later - 1 coffee , 6almonds

    Haven't been coming here that often as am feeling low......my scale is moving in the opposite direction .....:sleepy:

    Will get serious and post here everyday and see on next Monday how it works out.
