I feel sad to read the case study where two intellectuals cannot use their grey cells to be together atleast in the interest of children.There is nothing like irreconcilable differences unless character issues are involved.In most of the cases it is a question of ego particularly when one is doing exceptionally well compared to the other leading to a comment that"success has gone to his/her her head.I wish it wrings their neck"

Courts are taking a flexible stand of late and waiving off the mandatory cooling period.Supreme court in one its rulings in late 2018 observed that there was no point in delaying their separation when they have themselves decided to part ways as friends.The problem is when one wants a divorce and the other wants to take revenge by not consenting for the divorce.In such cases divorce can be delayed by years.
