    Remember small changes add up;Walking up 2 flights of stairs could burn 15,000 calories over the course of the day.
    Vitamin B can enhance mental performance and bring a feeling of wellness.So include vitamin B in your child's and your own diet.
    Include seven walnuts a day to reduce the risk of heart disease.
    Keep your skin well hydrated.
    Some coffee brands sell unroasted beans that have high levels of anti oxidants which help protect cells from the day to day damage.So check the brand you buy.
    Check out with your child gets enough nutrients,if not opt for supplements.
    If you are at a desk job,active breaks are best to lessen the risk of heart disease.Take phone calls at your feet,use the rest room on the other floor.
    By exercising 20 minutes a day ,3 days a week for 6 weeks persistently tired people can boost their energy.

    Nice tips. Having 1 tsp flax seeds and 4 almonds along with walnuts is good for the heart.
