    Dear All,

    I am going to power yoga classes for past one month and presently i am TTC with clomid.I am on my 4th cycle of clomid.

    Can i continue the yoga class, will it make any issues with conception.

    Please guide...

    fertility yoga is good because you know the poses will help towards conceiving,i am bit doubtful with power yoga,do double check about the poses you do.

    what is fertility yoga....is it advisable to it after ovulation as well...(ie it shouldnt impact implantation...)
