Hi, I want to start new boutique in Rohini with my friend, I need some basis ideas to start this business like:- 1. Initial manpower requirement. 2. How to give their wages (salary or Daily wages)? 3. Where I can get some gud Tailors? 4. Minimum profit margin(rough idea) that I can earn while making:- a) Simple suit. b) Designer suit. c) Suit with Embroideries. d) Blouse Making. e) Designer Tops. 5.
