Lord Muruga perumal is your Kula deivam, which is the most powerful.

Actually I took May as March and I apologize for the small mistake
(Yaanaikku adi sarukkummmu ippo thaan theriyuthu)

Yes eventhough all other conditions fulfill, and the Lagna is same Kumba only.

"Since Saturn and Venus are associated in Mercury's House, and Mercury in Chevvai Natchatram, and also 5th lord Mercury is deposited in 4th house in D-1 chart and in Leo in D-9 Chart,

You have 2 deities in Kuladeivam temple, which is a Female goddess, which is in the native of Grandpa.
Other is the Tirupathi Venkatesa Perumal, which you go often."

Let me make me clear. One Kuladevatha is situated in the village where your hubby's grandpa resided.
Yes the Kuladevta is a fierce form of Goddess, situated in the dense forest area.
The location is just 40 kms from Grandpa's birth place,
The entire land is Government Poromboke Land
The temple is facing towards East
Entrance is East entrance, with a north-south road running.
A Paambu pothu (Snake Pit) is available on the Northeast corner of the temple area
The temple is very small in structure.

    2nd Deivam is Tirupathi lord.

    Hope this clears
