    I live in Boston & have been trying to grow a tulsi plant since 18 months failed 3 times
    I will be extemely grateful if anyone could lend me a tulsi plant
    I can pick it when I travel to NJ

    Hey Neha,
    Yesterday I got one from Subzi mandi,OAK TREE ROAD.
    so if u travel to NJ i think u can get it from there b4 it finishes.
    There were lot of them yesterday.both rama tulasi and vana tulasi.......
    Hope u will get one soon............

    I saw in Bridgewater and Subzi mandir. Oh is that so difficult to get tulsi plant!!!!now i have to preserve mine with more value...

    Actually myhubby got few seeds from our friends home and throw that along with other plant in our pot itseems...never knew that i got tulsi kind leaves,was suprised...

    I tasted it,it was like tulsi..i thought some tulsi family, squrriel or birds throw some seeds....then myhubby told he only planted it...

    Now after seeing this thread,,,i feel it is something very hard to get ,should preserve it..

    Hi,
    i saw tulasi plants in many places.. ofcourse, all temples sells this plant. Also, grocery store sometimes sell it.
    I got mine from pomona temple i guess.. my MIL keeps kumkum, sandanam to it.. we pray tulasi plant by showing diya..
    Good luck to get one.
