    Hi guys
    My name is juvala
    Am trying to lose weight in a healthy way but quickly
    I ve a 11 month old son and it makes my weight loss idea harder
    Any one wishing to add their secret Weight loss tips and help me stay motivated pls reply
    My goal is to lose 14 kg am now 72.
    I lose motivation pretty quickly, please motivate me and join in let's motivate each other and stay thin and look young
    For now am having white oats with milk and pomegranate in the morning and night
    Lunch is chapati with vegetables and curry
    Exercise for ten minutes everyday apart from that i walk for 30 mknutes and do cycle once in 3 days and orbi trek once in 3 days
