Wake up Before Its Too Late...

Let us join hands and save mother earth !!

 

Recently came to know that one of my wifes side relative has been planting trees for the past 40 years in Chennai along with some of his friends.

I will start finding time and will join with him and his friends in planting more trees. Thank you for the wake up call!

Something close to my heart. We want a greener Earth and do our wee bit for the same. my son's long term goal is to get himself a nice piece of land from where he can start the green earth movement of his own. the wee bit i do is to plant a few in pots and support..

We are still human but we are not humane...that is where all the problems arise not just this. We have learnt to take more than we can give back..the day we learn to give back for everything we take, we will be in peace with self, with everybody around and nature..and yes all the calamities are a way of EArth telling us please learn to pay heed to my warnings before it is too late, do not tamper with my balancing act.

We go and plant trees in places where it is not need..causing flash floods..the ones in leh area happened for this very reason..a greed..

Teach children. my kid's school makes it mandatory for the kids to bring in a pot, a plant and take care of it year around.

These days me and DH are bringing some informative books regarding paper, recycling, etc from library for our elder one and trying to motivate her and motivate ourselves in recycling certain items and taking care of environment as much as possible in our possibilities.
