Waist Reducing Mission 2013

    I Have A BIG tummy ...

    Current waist measurement : 34 inches :hide::bonk
    Target waist measurement : 30 inch :)

    January Target :: 33.5 or 33 inch ( At least 1/2 inch)

    I know its difficult to reduce waist ....Want to reduce due to PCOS and all related problems

    MY JANUARY workout

    Surya Namaskar ( 25 to 30 sets)

    MINI WORKOUT before sleep:: Min ( 1 set - 15 rep)
    standing Leg Lift ( side )
    leg raise (sleeping)
    Standing Side crunch
    AB crunches
    Toe touch
    Side bend
    Alternate toe touch
    Air cyclying
    Standing leg lift (front)
    Oblique

    Also include running in your workout. Will do wonders. And diet is the most important thing, try eating proteins (dals) and fibre. Make sure you only eat salad with some sauces at night and no chapati or rice. I have a diploma in aerobics and this is what I recommend to most people.

    i have controlled diet

    Breakfast : roti or idli or fruits
    Mid snack : some fruit
    Lunch : brown rice with moogh dal , Raw veg salad , Bolied egg white , some veg Bhaji
    Snack : green tea , Multigrain biscuit , dry fruits , some time fruits
    Dinner : Corn with watermelon Juice or soup

    I cant go for running as i have knee problem but i do climb steps and 30min walk

    Sounds good. You can also try replacing roti with cereal if possible. Sit-ups are recommended if you can't run. Burns the most amount of calories. Plus you can try aerobics, doesn't put pressure on your knees.

    present waist size 36 inches
    jan targe size 34inches
