so here i'm after some gap:)

made on saturday: stuffed brinjal vathakuzhambu. I stuffed the brinjals with a dhal powder (will post proportions in our comments thread) and steamed the stuffed brinjals instead of shallow-frying. side-dish potato curry with coconut added at the end instead of onions in the tempering.

y'day dinner: channa pulao and kadhai paneer (recipe in comments section). forgot to make raitha, as usual!

Made Capsicum (Green & Red) and Mushroom stir fried rice with black pepper and had with Corn raita with chilli sauce .

    Corn raita :
(This is what I done )

Sweet corn - 1-2 cups (cooked ), mix it with Curd & butter milk - 2:1
a pinch of salt ,1-2 tsp of chilli sauce, coriander for garnishing. Mix it well.

    Enjoy ....dears !!

Hi friends i am back here, not with pictures of any new recipes, as I am not too well to try anything new.

This is to show that i have tried two new greens, this week one radish, another beetroot (actually should thank the veg. vendor for forcing me, he said beets without leaves will cost me 10rs more for kg.., since the leaves were not even 100gm, i said let me give it a try..believe me they turned out just like mulaikeerai sabji:hide:.)

The other leaf, is a medicinal one the picture also i am attaching, is very useful, if you have body pains, joint pains. i am not sure of the name, it is something called vada..

Try them. one of my friends, said the leaves of a tomato plant are also cooked has anybody tried..i have some 10plants in my terrace Big LaughBig LaughBig Laugh
