Dear Friends... Made Kathrikkai sadam (Brinjal rice ) and had with tomato raita. Brinjal rice: Fry Jeera and chopped green chillies in a spoon of oil, add an onion(medium)-chopped and when the onion is light brown, add Brinjal (cubed) to it. Keep the flame to medium. Now add mango powder(dry)/tamarind water and salt to it.(I used tamarind water this time). When the Brinjal is tender... switch of the flame. Now, add it to the cooked rice, mix it well ! Garnish with coriander leaves. P.S: Did not take the snap of the tomato raita !!

Whole Wheat Pasta with Veggies (Stir fried in Olive oil with Basil Pesto added for flavor. No sauce added) 2. Spinach Ravioli with Veggies+Cheese - that's for little one Malathy
