Dear Nandhu, I prepared Pal Payasam following Chithumma's (our Chitvish Ma'am) recipe. Ofcourse, I dedicated a morning of mine. But, worth trying.
Awesome breakfast today Malligapoo idlies, raspberry/blueberry(RB) thokku, coriander chutney and onion chutney. It was awesome. I followed chitraji's idly recipe this time. Believe me it was so soft, I was the :queen today !! Onion Chutney is also from chitraji. Its in the same post as in the idly recipe. Its just a mixture of raw onion and red chillies and finally tadka'ed. When amma was visiting us last month, she made this RB thokku - its was so good. It has this puli from the berries and the cruchiness of the seeds.. it was great.. Coriander chutney the usual one

Here is my veggie lasagna. Made the pasta sheets at home as well.. it was a lot of work but worth it.

Was hungry yesterday at 4. So decided to make a good dinner. Made Udipi Sambhar with small onions and drumstick, Lemon Rasam, Keerai and Cheppai Fry. yummy !!!!
