Views on VGN Krona at Gerugambakkam

    Hi All,

    Have a plan to book a house at VGN Krona at Gerugambakkam, porur. Has anyone purchased or booked . If so at what rate. There are still few flats when enquired.
    Presently he tells the rate at 3495 per sqft. Your inputs please.

    How is the place. Is it worth buying an apartment in that area. What facilities are there around the house.like bus facilities, are there any small shops nearby the houses etc..

    Can all pour your views..

    the roads are not so great on that stretch. i think pinnacle at mugalivakkam is better option if there are any.
    feel it is a tad costly.

    Hi All,

    Heard many ppl started to cancel their bookings because the project is close by to the Airport area. if there is any intention to extend the Airport area, then the VGN Krona properties woulds be taken under the Govt. authoritites. So, it is not a good project to invest on.
